In Remembrance of Vasant Shinde (14 May 1912 – 5 July 1999)

Vasant Shinde is an Indian actor who worked for the Marathi film industry. He was born on 14 May 1912 in Pune, Maharashtra. Shinde worked as an actor, musician and cinematographer. He has acted in more than 50 films in Marathi cinema. In 1985, the village was re-gated, so in 1980, Hyoch Navra Pahije, in 1971, Kasa Kai Patil Bara Hai Ka, in 1978, Boat Lavin Tithe Gudgullaya, in 1962, four days of mother-in-law, four days of gold and many other famous works.

Vasant Shinde was honored with Vinod Samrat, Kala Gaurav Award, Chitrabhushan Award.
