Powai Lake is one of the most important lakes in Mumbai. Fishing is also done in this lake. Many crocodiles are also found in this lake, so care must be taken while fishing. But one person is addicted to fishing.
According to the information received, the death of Vijay Kakve, 40, who was attacked by a crocodile, was briefly avoided. Kakve was fishing in Powai Lake on Saturday when a crocodile bit his leg, seriously injuring him. He was rushed to Rajawadi Hospital in Ghatkopar, where he is currently undergoing treatment. Environmentalists and activists say the ramp built on the shores of Powai Lake could have prevented the crocodile attack.
