As soon as the argument broke out between the five youths after consuming alcohol in Aurangabad, the four started beating one of them to death. Meanwhile, one pulled out a revolver from his waist and aimed it at the other. Fortunately the revolver was locked and the next disaster was averted. Police reached the spot and arrested all the five accused on the information of a pedestrian. The incident took place in front of Ramgiri Hotel at N-5.
In this case, Nilesh Sudam Dehade (32, resident of Thakrenagar, Aurangabad), Nikhil Vijayanand Aglave (19, resident of Thackeray Nagar, Aurangabad), Shivraj Dattatraya Samble (28, resident of Ambikanagar), Yogesh Nagarao Hekade ( A case has been registered against five persons (age 32, resident of Ambikanagar) and a minor.
It is learned that five persons were beating each other at Hotel Ramgiri on Jalna Road around midnight on Saturday. They started throwing stones at each other. Meanwhile, Nilesh Dehade stopped the accused in front of his unlicensed revolver and tried to fire at him. However, the revolver was locked.
Meanwhile, a passerby informed the police control room about the incident. Police from CIDCO, Mukundwadi and Pundalikanagar police rushed to the spot and arrested all the five accused. All five accused were so drunk that they could not walk or talk.
CIDCO police has registered a case under various sections in this regard. Further investigation is being conducted by Inspector Sambhaji Pawar.
