Enthusiasm of Soldiers at an Altitude of 17,000 Feet, ITBP’s Yoga in the Snow-Covered Region.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, ITBP personnel practiced yoga at an altitude of thousands of feet in Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and other icy regions including Uttarakhand.

Today, June 21, is the eighth International Yoga Day being celebrated around the world. Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITB) personnel have also celebrated Yoga Day at an altitude of thousands of feet. In Sikkim, ITBP jawans started the day enthusiastically by doing yoga at an altitude of 17,000 feet. In Uttarakhand, ITB personnel also practiced yoga on snow-capped mountains. Snowmen from the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) practiced yoga at an altitude of 14,500 feet in Uttarakhand on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2022.

ITBP personnel practiced yoga in the middle of the snow at an altitude of 22,850 feet in the Uttarakhand Himalayas. The ITBP climbers were at the summit of Mount Abi Gamin last week, where the jawans practiced yoga on the snow-capped mountains.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Himveer practices yoga at an altitude of 14,500 feet in Uttarakhand. Apart from this, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, ITBP personnel practiced yoga at an altitude of thousands of feet in Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and many other parts of the country.

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police’s Himavir performed yoga at ATS Lohitpur in the east of the country. Soldiers practice yoga at an altitude of 17,000 feet in Sikkim.
